Produce Description:

The GYXTW cable features a robust design where 250 µm optical fiber ribbons are housed within a loose tube made of high-modulus material. This loose tube is filled with a gel compound to provide protection and stability.To enhance waterproofing, a water-blocking material is placed between the metallic strength member and the loose tube, ensuring the compactness of the optical cable and preventing longitudinal water seepage.Additionally, two parallel steel wires are positioned on either side of the cable, providing extra support. The entire assembly is then encased in a durable PE outer sheath, making it suitable for various outdoor applications.

 

Product Construction

  • High-Performance Loose Tube Material: The loose tube is constructed from a material that offers excellent mechanical properties and temperature stability, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.
  • Hydrolysis Resistance and Strength: This material also exhibits good hydrolysis resistance and high strength, enhancing the cable's durability.
  • Special Filling Compound: The tube is filled with a specialized filler that provides critical protection for the optical fibers, safeguarding them from environmental factors.
  • Lateral Pressure Resistance and Flexibility: The design allows for good lateral pressure resistance while maintaining softness, making installation easier.
  • Moisture Resistance: A double chrome-plated plastic-coated steel tape (PSP) enhances the moisture resistance of the optical cable, further protecting its integrity.
  • Tensile Strength: The two parallel steel wires provide sufficient tensile strength, ensuring the cable can withstand overhead installations.
  • Compact and Lightweight Design: With a small diameter and lightweight construction, this cable is easy to lay, making it ideal for various outdoor applications.
